I am so sorry about your younger sister. I understand how you feel, and so does a few of my friends. One of their fathers is in hospital right now.

I do hope she will get better, and I pray she'll pull through. Hopefully she'll get treatment and recover.

You've probably already heard everything that I've said from other nice people who wish to give their condolances, but I just want you to know that lots of people are behind you and your family on this.
